Hello! Welcome to the TR Polyconsulting LLC website. I'm sure you know what an LLC is, or at least have heard it at the end of a company's name a dozen times. It stands for a limited liability company. The TR in front of Polyconsulting stands for Trevor/Thomas Randall. My full name is Trevor Thomas Randall, and my father's name has also been on our advisory board since I started the company. He actually had the idea of "polyconsulting"; I feel I started the company with his help, as I am majoring in Business Management, and expanded on it. My dream has always been to own a company, where I can make sure my parents live comfortable lives and be able to employ my friends so they can make a living comfortably. Now, just starting, I wouldn't say I've met that goal; This could end up being a branch off a parent company at some point, as I have other ideas in this noggin as well, and always wanted my initials at the beginning of my company's name anyway.

 To get to the meat of what I was beginning to talk about, what is "polyconsulting," you may ask. I'm sure you've heard of "consulting". There are many things in life you may need someone's consultation on, and so where there is demand, supply follows. Well, since there are so many different niches out there, many of which people require consultation on, we figured, why not just bring them all under the same roof? 

 That is exactly what polyconsulting is. It's a consultation on a variety of subjects. My goal is for that number of subjects to only keep growing. I've let my friends know of my business and tried explaining to them what polyconsulting is. I mainly took the time explaining in greater detail to my friends or those I saw potential in, because I hope one day they can become employees. Maybe they will need years of a 9-5 before that happens. Coming out of High School, I tried 9-5's. I worked for Grocery Outlet and Costco. Not to promote either of those businesses, or to say anything bad, but it's to give you perspective. When I first started college, in my class was an older gentleman, a lot older than the rest of us, maybe around the teacher's age. He had worked construction for years. Now, his body was supporting his mind in his decision to get into the management side. Others of my acquaintances may need to get some knowledge at school first. Maybe not even school, but on a site that offers certification in that subject.

 Either way, I am soon to earn my Associate's in Business Management. By the time I'm done, and to be honest, I plan on continuing to earn certifications in fields that expand on mine, but at least with Business Management at Edmonds, I should gain certification in Entrepreneurship and Small Business, Marketing, Project Management, and Retail Management.  It doesn't matter how far polyconsulting takes me. I hope my dad and I are at least able to reshape how consulting is done. What I really want is to immerse myself in the world of business. I prefer experience over a shelf of books. Now, I do follow instructions, but something like managing a business, I can consult on it because I manage a business. That's what I mean.
